In the event of vehicle breakdown or other unforeseen circumstances, Ride4u reserves the right to provide a suitable alternative licensed vehicle to ensure service continuity.

Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made no later than 6 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time unless otherwise agreed contractually. Failure to cancel or passenger non-attendance may result in the full fare being charged.
